Generate an llms.txt file for your website from its sitemap — a clean index of your key pages for AI models.
llms.txt is a proposed standard file, placed at the root of a website, that gives AI models a clean Markdown index of a site’s most useful pages. Enter your website and this generator reads your sitemap and pages to build a ready-to-edit llms.txt.
The generator reads robots.txt to find your sitemap (or /sitemap.xml).
Up to 150 pages are listed, grouped by URL section; the first pages are fetched for titles and meta descriptions.
Remove pages you don’t want listed, then upload the file as /llms.txt at your site root.
Builds the file in the llmstxt.org format: title, summary and sections of links
Uses your sitemap, so new sites and big sites work

A proposal published at llmstxt.org in 2024 for a Markdown file at /llms.txt that summarises a website for large language models: a title, a short description and lists of links to key pages.
Google has said it does not use llms.txt for Search, and llms.txt is not an official web standard. Some AI tools and developer platforms read it; support varies, so treat it as a low-cost extra rather than an SEO ranking factor.

Some sites also publish llms-full.txt containing the full text of their documentation in one file. This generator creates the index file, llms.txt.
